Want to pay for or renew your subscription.
You can pay for your subscription with a credit card by contacting us by phone or visiting our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail in your payment when you receive a bill.
Change your address.
Contact us with your new mailing address six to eight weeks prior to moving to ensure uninterrupted service. Keep in mind that the post office will only forward mail for 60 days.
Have questions about your account status.
Call us to find out when your subscription expires. You will also receive subscription renewal notifications by mail that let you know when you will receive your last issue. You cannot check your account status online.
Receive a bill after you’ve already paid it.
Disregard if you received it soon after mailing your payment. The letters may have crossed in the mail.
Receive a damaged issue, or your issue is missing.
Call 888-265-3600 and we’ll replace the issue or extend your subscription – your choice. Please note: The magazine is published 6 times per year. Issues come out in January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, and November/December
